When will my order be ready?

I have a 2-3 week turnaround window for my orders. I do get most of my orders out before this dispatch period.

Can I cancel my order?

If you have agreed to the 2-3 week turnaround time on my website and you want to cancel within this window unfortunately this will not be honoured unless it is exceptional circumstances.

How are my items sent?

All items are sent Evri or Royal Mail.
At the moment I do not offer Next Day Delivery.

International Orders are all now sent Tracked & Signed for. The price is reflected for these orders.

I gladly accept returns and exchanges

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery. You must pay for your own return back to me. I do not offer free returns 

Dispatch items back within: 30 days of delivery 

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Custom or personalised orders

Perishable products (like food or flowers)

Digital downloads

Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs

 

Returns policy

Personalized items will not be eligible for refund please ensure you take time while placing these orders.

All non-personalised items can be returned as long as they are returned in original state.
